Payment method for accommodation
Accommodation must
be secured with either a credit card OR a deposit equal to one night’s
accommodation. If paying the
deposit please add this to your registration payment.
The balance of your account must be paid direct to the hotel
on your departure.
Cancellations advised within 60 days of
your expected arrival may incur a penalty of up to the equivalent of
one night’s accommodation cost. However
please note that in addition, the Conference Office will charge a $20
administration fee for all accommodation refunds actioned regardless
of when cancellation is advised.
Please note:

We cannot guarantee your room will be available before 2pm, unless the
previous night has also been reserved.
·
Any changes to accommodation requirements must be advised in writing to
the Conference Office.
