Keynote Speech
Building the Magic into a Knowledge Base for the Teaching Profession
Description
How might we capture the magic of creative teachers and make this available to the profession. What is it that we do all day every day? We teach lessons! - so building a bank of carefully selected classroom lessons is one way to capture teachers creativity. But more important is how we choose to use such a lesson bank within PD. This means far more than occasionally 'dipping into' the collection for a quick fix - it means serious analysis from several perspectives. |
